    My first few attempts were much less structurally sound. I definitely had one session where I just ate the entire mess and had no servable rolls. 🙂

    I found that it got easier every time. The hardest thing to learn is making sure you are consistent in the quality of your ingredients. Overcooking the rice, even a little, can really change the entire dynamic of what you’re doing.
