Someone once described the whole eikawa industry as students pretending to learn from people pretending to teach. You will have mostly lovely people as students, and the other teachers will be like any other job, some you get along with, some you dont. Management will be the problem. If you they want something, they expect you to do it. If you want something, it’s impossible. Do 10 days overtime in a row, than ask for an hour off to see a doctor, wont happen. That sort of thing. Its a job, not a career.
