Slurp serves an interesting take on ramen, combining chicken bones and beef for their broth, which results in a broth that’s lightly opaque and reminds a bit of an unspiced pho. It’s definitely something have never had in Japan. Their noodles are homemade and show good craftsmanship, however they were boiled too soft for my liking.
