So I've been considering going to a therapist because I think I should soon. As I am, the move to Japan has been a bit more taxing than I thought it would be.
Any idea if I can get help from a good therapist who can speak english in this area? Or should I consider online options?
Need advice.
Also, what are your experiences with therapist/ counsellors here in general? I don't do well with counsellors in general but I'm thinking of trying therapy so yeeea.
