Hi!! My friend from Europe (young adult) is wanting to move to Japan, but wants connections so they can communicate with people and not be isolated. They don't speak great Japanese but plan on studying it to a basic extent. They speak four languages quite well so they might have it easier. Does anybody here know how to make connections in a country that you don't live in, preferably in or around the Tokyo area. We've checked around a bit but haven't found anything.
