Got these pieces of toro from a different spot than usual and they were suppose to be super freeze dried but they just showed up in a styrofoam box with ice packs and they were not frozen or vacuum sealed. I wanted to throw in freezer but I don’t think I could use it for sashimi or nigiri if I do unless I’m wrong. I wrapped in tuna paper and out in fridge. How long do I have to still eat raw? I k or I’m gonna have to slice off the top off one of the slabs it’s starting to go pale. Any help would be appreciated
