I will be studying in Japan for 6 months, and I need a Japanese phone number in order to open a bank account (which I need to get the JASSO scholarship).
I need 20 GB minimum because my dorm does not have WIFI (only Ethernet).

(I have heard of Mobal and Sakura Mobile, but I would like to know which one is more reliable, or if there are any better options)
