Do they exist? Can you recommend any?
I tend to get shy and find myself intimidated by the finance sphere in Japan which seems to mainly involve men, who either work in finance, come from a wealthy background or are simply very knowledgeable.
Doesn't have to be exclusively women but easily accessible or welcoming to women.
