Long shot as this is probably quite rare in Japan, but anyone has ever found this dairy product in Japan somewhere? Preferably in Tokyo/Saitama? I am trying to introduce my culture and cuisine to my kids…
Similar but not the same as cream cheese or quark, cannot be replaced in recipes I am trying to make (sweet, fruit filled dumplings).
