Vivid Color Hair Salon Recommendations Kyoto-Osaka (Preferably English Speaking)

I am new to Japan and have been wanting to dye my hair in an 'oilsick' or 'rainbow babylights' style but don't know where to begin in the area! Currently living in Kawaramachi area, but I would be ok to travel outside Kyoto if needed!
