First time traveler in Japan and I was counting on being able to withdraw cash as needed from ATMs.
I am able to use my debit card for purchase just fine but obviously it can’t be done for things like gatcha.
I have not been able to find a single ATM in the past few days that does not reject my card. I have called my bank twice and they said no issues on their side they could see.
Does anyone know why this is happening to me?
