Minimizing domestic bank transfer fees

I’m starting to have a lot of monthly transfers (after salary hits)

1. 220 yen per transfer is getting annoying.

2. Manually doing them for now. Kind of annoying, wish I could automate it for free. The “pattern” feature helps a ton here, but still.

Does anyone have any recommendations to remove these annoyances? A recommendation for banks?

All but one of these monthly transfers are to different banks that are not the same as mine.

One of them is the same bank as mine, so it’s free.
