Does anyone have any idea where I might be able to find vegetarian (dashi is fine bcs unavoidable, but no fish / meat / shellfish etc.) omurice? Last time I went to Japan I searched to no avail and I'd really like to find some next time! It unfortunately always seems to have meat in the filling…
I'm mainly interested in somewhere in Tokyo / Kyoto / Osaka / Kobe / Okayama / Nagoya areas.
