1 or 1.5 days at USJ

We will be traveling around Aug and planning to visit USJ on a Monday. Would 1 day be enough or should we go for 1.5 days? All adults in the party so fairly mobile.

Also, if going for the express pass, would splurging for the 7 ne worth it or is the 4 enough?
