FILIPINO WEEBS EATS JAPANESE SNACKS!!! (PART 1)

It was all over when I was in Japan. Lots of vending machines and also fountain drinks as well.
Isn’t this Fanta flavored Ramune?
It’s a typical flavour in 7/11.
You can get this at Maccies and also Carl Jr.
There’s other brands of melon soda in Japan so pretty likely Fanta Melon is a regular offering. I get the UCC brand of melon soda at the Japanese grocer (I am located in the US). There’s usually 2-3 different brands they import in.
That stuff is so good, but so damn hard to find in Ontario, Canada!
All the time
It’s always in the 711 when I’ve gone(last trip was right before covid hit there)
I haven’t had that, but from the bottle style and the fact it’s melon I would guess it would taste pretty similar to [this](https://www.orientalmart.co.uk/sangaria-melon-soda-bottle). It is absolutely delicious
I have it in my faucets
If you are looking for something similar, you can try this soda. It is melon flavored and available at many Asian grocery stores in the US. I purchase our at World Market because they are the only place I can find them since the pandemic and the price is great.

Melon soda is available all the time in Japan. This specific one was always available in Tokyo/Osaka. You can get this specific one in Japanese grocery stores in the US.
Everywhere.
I had this last week, it was at a Japanese market in Seattle, I’m sure you can find it anywhere
I just googled it on the Japanese side of google, since I don’t drink carbonated drink (I did try this before and remember liking it)
It seems to be only available at 7/11 but I found listings for it on Amazon Jp and Rakuten. Personally I have not seen it in a while, but now I want one.
Edit: More googling later and apparently, it stopped production last year. and was turned into a plastic bottle, still only at 7/11
I saw that melon soda fanta in Chiba Station but the bottle is not color grey , the clear ones
