I’ve been using a buyers agent to look at some used properties. I understandable that even though this carries a 3% fee, it’s advisable because if I don’t, the sellers agent would charge me that same 3% fee anyway.
Is this the same for new construction? I found a soon-to-be completed property in the members section benhouse.com which matches all my criteria. So I’m not sure if I should bring this to my agent or if it makes more sense to directly contact Benhouse
