Hello everyone,
I plan to rent a car from OMOSHIRO RENT-A-CAR Bancho Hanzomon. However they do not provide ETC Card rental. Would it be possible to drive to Mt Fuji and back going through only manned tolls?
Is there an app or map that indicates which toll booth is manned and which is ETC only?
