/r/learnjapanese is a good place to start.
Check out Renshuu. Solid app that offers a variety of resources and lessons at all levels.
Using textbooks like Genki would be a good start, and they also have audio materials that you can listen to. I haven’t used it, so I don’t have experience, but I’ve heard Duolingo is generally better when it comes to European languages since the structure of Japanese is very different.
Study in your free time, make friends and practice speaking. ??? PROFIT
