Hello everyone,
My insurance company is saying they will not pay for my doctor to examine me and fill out the certification of health form since I had a physical for the statement of physician and to evaluate me for the Certificate of Health also counts as a physical.
My question is can I go to a different doctor’s office to get to filled, There is an urgent care/ day doctor’s office near me that can do physicals and x-rays which might be the better option.
If anyone has any advice or can tell me what they did I would appreciate it.
