Anime figure shopping spots in Tokyo

I'm planning to go to Tokyo in a few days. Looking to buy some anime merch/figures.
I've read a lot about Akihabara and Nakano. From what I concluded, Akihabara is expensive and Nakano has mostly retro stuff.

I'm looking for slightly modern to a few years old anime stuff like JJK, AoT but also DBZ and Naruto.
Any advice?
I'm okay with second hand stuff
