We're doing Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Yokohama back to Tokyo. Was looking for ideas to see some countryside and visit an Onsen, and maybe even stay in a Ryokan. I'm guessing this would be best found around Kyoto, but was wondering if there's an option that we could fit in between Yokohama and Tokyo (preferably going by train, but open to other options).
