Cycling apps leading me onto a highway on a bike

Has anyone had issues with this, and do you have a solution or another map app? Currently trying to go from Fukuoka to Kitakyushu and Google maps keeps telling me to go on the 201, which is illegal. Trying to go from Fukuoka to Tokyo in 2.5 months and this is really not helping lol
