When you enter a person's bank info on an ATM or App, their name automatically comes up. So you only need a person's bank account info to get their name. I tried SMBC money transfer and the App allows you to change your name when transferring. But does the other person see my bank info when they receive money? If so, they can just look up my name. I tried SMBC -> JP post transfer and JP Post does not show bank info on their app. But is it only because their app is bad?
