With the risk of looking like an idiot… Can someone explain my credit card usage to me?

I have SMBC, as shown in the screen shot I have a credit limit of 80万.
My card bill for June + July = 8.3万円.

So why is my card maxed out???
I even applied to pay July’s amount this month hoping to see some hidden “oh you need to pay this random 79万 bill but it was genuinely just the money listed for July (3万円)

the ONLY thing I can think of is that when I moved last year I put it all on my card and that took about 50-60万.

But …. I’ve literally only have like 1万 left of that to pay off? Not 80

Is this a bug? Is my understanding of Japanese cards still really bad?

Am I actually just an idiot? 🙃 any help would be greatly appreciated!
