Bicycle wheel repair for Bridgestone e-assist bike

Hi all

I bought a Bridgestone HYDEE.B II off Mercari a few years ago and the rear wheel is broken. The spokes have become loose and disconnected from the rim. I’m quite handy with standard bike repair but I have no clue about domestic e-assist bikes. I can’t seem to find a replacement wheel online. I’ve asked the local shops in my area and frankly speaking they are all assholes and only service bikes bought from the shop. One shop quoted me 35,000 to do the replacement minimum which is way too expensive to me. Can someone give me any tips? Do I have to buy a Bridgestone HYDEE wheel or will aftermarket parts work? Can anyone please recommend a decent shop? Or do I need to give up and just buy a new e-assist bike? You’d think a rear wheel replacement is a simple thing so why are all the local bike shops in central Tokyo such jerks?!! I’m willing to rent a Times van and put the bike in there and drive to a decent shop in Tokyo. Any tips please let me know!
