How to be sure whether taking a drug to Japan is legal or not?

I want my friend to bring Mirtazapine and Escitalopram to Japan. But I am not sure it is legal to bring or not. I have checked all top websites but they dont refer to it as a restricted drug. But how to be sure that bringing these drugs are legal or not as these are antidepressants
