Which is better: Hakone, Kamakura or Nikko?

We have about 10 days in Tokyo October/November time. Looking for a pretty chilled Itinerary. We have space mid week for a 2 night stay somewhere out of the city but have no idea what to pick.

What do you guys think is best?
