Just finished with my cooking school in Tokyo and now preparing to move to Sapporo for university majoring in Japan culture/history/political economy .
Currently I have N2 and hopefully will get N1 before my junior year
Also I hold a Japan chef license (調理師免許) but it was issue by Tokyo government if I want to use it in Hokkaido do I need to get it reissue in Sapporo ?
Until now I only work part time in hotel kitchen but I don’t want to work full time as a cook if I can help it (main reason I apply for university ) and want to find work full time in Hokkaido so while I in uni what kind of skill should I learn to be able to find good carrier in Hokkaido
P.S. I had enough of Tokyo too crowed and job hunting here feel like a rat race and I fall in love with Hokkaido when I visit Sapporo last year so I want to find work and settle down there
