Sorry if this is a silly question. But I bought entry tickets to USJ and an express pass. There’s some clarification I’m hoping for:

The entry ticket
1: allows me to enter the park from the opening time to closing time
2: Access all areas freely (without hindrance) or am I only able to access certain areas
The express pass:
My express shows (for example)
14:10 Super Nintendo World Area Entry (no-re entry)
14:10-14:40 Mario Kart Koopa Challenge
So does it mean I can ONLY enter Super Nintendo World at 14:10 and can only ride the Mario kart ride at 14:10-14:40?
Does my park entry ticket not allow me to visit Super Nintento world before 14:10?
If I cannot enter Nintendo world until 14:10, then what’s a good time to arrive at the park to see all the attractions
Most advice says arrive at 7am, but from 7am-14:10 is a long time, especially if 14:10 is the first thing on my express pass. Harry Potter world is listed at 16:30
