Hey, I moved to Toshima this year, and got my first health insurance mail. I'm surprised to see the amount, it is 6560 yen per month! 3 months back in Nakano, I was paying 1700! Is this possible, how? I'm an international student, and I don't know how they think I can pay for this. Do I need to go to the city office and ask why it's so high?
