I'm trying to get from Fujinomiya to Shinjuku on November 3rd. I know the train relay but apparently there's supposed to be these buses running:

However, they're not selling tickets on that site, and the sites they link to also do not sell tickets from Fujinomiya to Shinjuku or Tokyo. Does this bus still exist? How does one get tickets? Thanks.
