Hi, we will be in Fuji during summer for 5D4N. Travelling with family of 2A3C age 13, 11 and 7.
We plan to rent a car from Kawaguchiko station and return at Mishima station via Klook because we need to catch the Shinkansen there. If this option is available, I can safely assume it's allowed to be return in a different station an hour apart right?
We already have a day trip planned to Gotemba Premium Outlet, Hakone Shrine and maybe even Kamakura and back.
Another day trip idea is a day trip to Naraijiku or even Shirakawa-go. The distance less than 300km so I don't think it's that far but I'm not sure about the roads there whether it's mountainous, hard to drive, no street lamp when returning at night or should we stay just overnight or even just not go.
I'm looking for some solid advise if it's a go for it or talk me out of it because there are better things to do at Fuji so stick around and drop the idea.
Any advise?
