Made nigiri and Kimbap a couple times before, but decided I wanted to try making an inside out roll. Went with the classic Philly roll cuz cream cheese, obviously.
Ika nigiri (torched and plain)
Sake nigiri (torched and plain with lemon)
Hotate nigiri
Kani (real crab) gunkan
Salmon avocado and crab maki

Fairly happy with the way things turned out. I think I want the nigiri to have smaller portions of rice, and the rolls aren't rolled quite as tightly as I'd like. I'm pretty happy with my efficiency, as this platter took about 45 minutes to make.
If you haven't tried making your own sushi, try it! It's frustrating at first but it becomes pretty satisfying when you get the hang of it
