What hour (Japan Time) do Universal Osaka tickets go live?

I am looking to get a universal entry set for this August between the 6th and the 25th and Express passes are selling out the day that they go live.

I'm on a 12 hour time difference so its August 8th as I write this and there are still entry passes for the 7th and 8th, but nothing for express after July 23rd

I'm assuming its just competitive to grab them so I'm hoping to hunker down for the second they drop.

Does anyone know if they open up ticket sales at midnight Japan time or a different time of day? Thanks
