I've been in Japan from Oct 2022. I have been using Paidy for about more than a year now. I have used their Apple campaign to buy Apple products with 0% installment. Form of payment is always debited automatically from my bank account. And now I've paid back all the installment.
But the normal amount is only capped at 30K Yen.
Does anyone know how to contact their customer support? And is it possible if we negotiate to be able to get higher limit amount? Let's say like 100K Yen.
