So I just received the payment slips for NHI. My total household premiums this year are going to be ¥880,000. I’m self-employed, work for foreign clients and live in Nerima. Wife didn’t work last year so she’s my dependent.
Sorry if come across as ignorant but I read somewhere that the maximum household premiums is capped at ¥650,000 for Nerima. Is this not the case?
