Does anyone have any recommendations for highly customized renovations in Tokyo? Things like custom-built collapsible/hideable desk space, detachable pull-up bar built into a wall, basically items that would require some creativity to do well and aren't available in the standard offerings from most home renovation companies.
For those who have done this sort of highly customized renovation, did you experience cost overruns and delays beyond the agreed budget and schedule?
