English Fingerprint Verification?

This might be a long shot but does anyone know of a notary in Kyoto who will verify fingerprints on a form in English? I didn't find much online. Osaka or Nagoya would also work.

  1. I don’t know what specifically you’re looking for, but when I needed to submit fingerprints for an administrative document the Kyoto Prefectural police took my fingerprints and made me a document for my embassy.
