Seeing that the land around it is empty, I’ll ask e this building was destroyed.
I swipe by and my eyes see an old builing in Gaza, and i was like wtf, a Japanese guy build a house in gaza or amt
And yet not a single piece of rubbish to be seen…
And that piece of land would cost several million US dollars, no doubt. There must be a family inheritance story behind this building.
But is it occupied?
Can anyone speculate as to the age ? I’d love to see inside
You’ll see quite a few of these around. The land around them will go empty while they wait for the owner to sell up or die and they can build a carpark/highrise on valuable land. There was a shack next to a petrol station in Hiroo for decades until recently – wooden, crooked, full of rubbish. The land it was sitting on must have been so bloody valuable and the owner to obstinate. I kinda respect that lol
