Narita airport have resumed providing Suica cards. I couldn't see anything about this on this sub. All posts from March mentioned that it is stopped.
Even the shop in airport, had posters that it is not available. I took a chance and asked. Got lucky.
Just want to highlight for anyone else who might need it.
