Planning a trip to Japan in January and was hoping to get food recommendations. My boyfriend doesn't like fish and egg. I wanted to know of any good food places that don't primarily contain dishes with fish and egg. I would also love to hear recommendations for places with good desserts/pasteries. We will be mainly in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka.
I am also interested in visiting a private onsen and would like to know if me and my boyfriend are able to share one. Would like recommendations for private onsens too.
