1. Legalize weed in Japan and they’ll see an increase in operating profit more than the 20% lost by pulling out of Russia.

2. Japan Tobacco is one of the more evil companies in Japan. I was called on to build and operate a CRM project for them to try and figure out how to *prevent smokers from quitting*. Their stance was, “Oh of course we don’t want to encourage young people to start smoking, but if you *already* smoke, what’s the point of quitting?”

   I quit my job at the small online ad agency that had the contract rather than take charge of that project.
