Curious why is your case difficult?
Hey, it’s not what you’re asking for, but my husband is an immigration officer if you want to shoot a question his way off the books and get a direct opinion/double check anything. He prolly won’t know anything from a lawyer’s perspective/execution of course. He is one of the guys that decides if an application is on the sketchy side or not, though, and does occasionally shoot things down or not.
