What’s similar here to FB Marketplace?

Marketplace seems to be useless here. I'm after a Google Pixel watch (1 or 2) as I want an ECG. Struggling to find them secondhand, the only option I get is Mericari which I'm not familiar with. Is Yahooauctions still popular here?
