Work visa with a university diploma certificate, is it possible?

I have university diploma degree. I have complete 130 credits out of 140 credits in my university. So, I have received a university diploma certificate (not bachelor's degree).

I wanted to ask if it is eligible to get work visa in Japan? I am looking for a best option to find out to get work visa in Japan?
