Cup of Noodles Museum Osaka Ikeda question

I'm so confused on getting into the museum. I heard there are reservations and tickets.

For the Chicken Ramen Factory I know there is a online reservation. Sadly they are out of reservations on the day I plan to be there. I didn't know I needed to start making reservations at least 3 months out! If lucky I suppose a opening my occur but I doubt I'd have a large party 20 opening.

Now there's the My CUPNOODLES Factory. I don't see reservations for that (website even says no reservations required), but I do see the website refers to paid tickets. My question is how do you get the tickets? Is the ticket purchased right there while visiting, like purchasing your food from vending machines similar to outside of a Japanese restaurant?
