Anyone noticed those strange/intimidating men in Akihabara streets, they are usually near the pedestrian and seems like always talking to someone on a radio or phone. They are dressed casually and at first just look like random people on the street.
However what strange is we noticed they are always in the same spot. Like, we saw this guy when we are on our way to Donki, then on our way back to hotel after an hour of two of shopping he is still at the same spot! We spotted him multiple times on different nights. There are other guys that seems doing the same but there is this one guy thats just easy to recognize.
I told my wife they must be guarding those maids that are handing out flyers.
Anyone know who these men are? Or they are just really random people and what we noticed are a big coincidence.
