I recently converted my home country driving license to Japanese one (the green license), but I read some reddit post that I need a stamp to be except from the beginner sticker, they didn’t put any stamp on mine, and they didn’t mention that I needed one (long story short, I did try to apply for my license in saitama a year ago but cancelled it, they mention that I needed one because at that time, because my home country license isn’t over a year yet). But now doing it the second time in Tokyo because I moved, my home country license has been over a year now.
Should I carry my home country license with me all the time that I drive to prove that I have driven over a year prior to owning the Japanese one
Or what should I do?
