Question about Tokyo Health Insurance Premiums.

I moved from Okinawa to Tokyo this year as an international student and recently received my national health insurance payment slips. The cost is roughly four times what I was paying in Okinawa. Although I was initially surprised by this increase, I thought it made sense given that Tokyo is a bigger city.

I recently heard that I might be eligible for a reduction in healthcare costs since I am a student. However, I've found conflicting information online. Is there any cost reduction available for "foreign exchange students" or those with "no income"?
