Plan to work in IT related field in Japan

Hello everyone.
Short story about me, next month I gonna go to Japan to work in a food factory and I'm thinking to work in IT related field after 1 or 2 years, I'm 29 right now is it good plan or not?

I don't have any degree, I attend university like for 4 years but failed to finish it due to excessive stress that I couldn't handle, after that I open a small shop in my country but I'm thinking this isn't what I wanted.

my plan is working in the food factory like 1/2 years while learning back some programming and honing my Japanese, and after that I thinking to move into IT related field, and to be honest I'm thinking to attend open university? or maybe there is university that has program like online classes while I'm working? and if that possible, after bachelor degree I'm gonna try getting scholarship for master ( I forget where I read it but the max age for master degree scholarship is 34 yo ) and continue to get my postgraduate degree.

I believe this plan is gonna take so much effort, well I don't really think I need to get the degree but at least I want getting back to IT.
What do you think?

I'm sorry if my English is confusing.

If you read it, Thank you 🙂
